Brooklawn Services Hires Office Manager

January 21, 2016, Muncie, IN – Brooklawn Services is happy to announce the addition of Kathy Richman to the staff as the Office Manager. In this position, Kathy will play an integral role in the operations of the company by supporting the field staff and overseeing all daily operations in the office, including preparing payroll for staff, maintaining employee records and human resource functions, and providing excellent service to our clients.

Kathy is a native of Daleville, Indiana where she graduated from Daleville High School.  She has nearly twenty years of experience in administration and office management. Before joining Brooklawn Services, she managed and oversaw the operations of Tabor Baptist Church in Muncie, Indiana where she worked alongside the Financial Team and gained experience in QuickBooks. Prior to that, she worked as the Lead Executive Assistant to the Community Relations Director at Marsh Supermarkets.

Kathy is actively involved in many community organizations. She served on the board for the Salem Township 4-H for over ten years. As a Tabor Baptist Church member, she was a part of their outreach programs – Vacation Bible School and Trunk or Treat. Kathy is in her eleventh year of board membership with the Daleville Autumn Fest. In her free time, she spends time with her family camping, crafting, and attending sporting events.

As Brooklawn Services has grown in its first year of business, the need for a person to manage daily operations of the office became vital, stated Brooklawn President and Owner, Jason Brooks. Kathy has the experience needed to ensure we are giving our clients the best quality service, and we are very excited to welcome her to our team.
